CHICAGO, Ill. (3/6/09) - Three marketing specialists from TDG Communications traveled to the 2009 Illinois Governor's Conference on Tourism last week, held at the Fairmont Hotel in downtown Chicago, where they discussed Internet marketing and media relations strategies with industry leaders from across the state.
Agency Director Dustin Floyd, Custom Publishing Director Nyla Griffith and Director of Web Development Jack Hughes represented TDG at the three-day conference, which ran March 4-6.
The Deadwood, South Dakota-based advertising agency has been working in the tourism industry since it was founded in 1994. Though it has clients across the United States, most of the agency's work is done in western South Dakota, eastern Wyoming and northern Illinois, where the firm is guiding an integrated campaign for the Blackhawk Waterways Convention & Visitors Bureau that utilizes a printed visitor guide, a redesigned website and Internet advertising campaign.
